MACLACHLAN, Derek John September 28, 1968 - May 30, 2021 It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Derek on May 30 at the age of 52 following a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his mother Tanya MacLachlan (Bob Thorne), and reunited with his father Neil (2011). Proud father of Nolan and Madalynn. Loving brother of Brent, and Shannon Per-in. Brother-in-law of Jeff Perin. Devoted uncle of Blake and Ryan Perin. As per Derek's wishes, cremation has taken place.
