I always looked forward to Fred and Beas Christmas parties with my grandparents (DJ and Sharon) The highlight of the night for me was singing Christmas carols. I was young when we would go and I remember struggling to keep my eyes open so I didn't miss the singing! He threw a great party! Great memories! ❤

Well where do you start. I have many memories of Uncle Fred. Good ones. But every time I think of him I hear his laugh and see his smiling face. I know he was pragmatic and practical but he had a heart of gold which he shared with his family throughout his whole life. When there were problems in the family everyone turned to him. And he was always there. He will be deeply missed. So I will just reflect on one funny thing to me. Uncle Fred likes Ming Wah Chinese buffet but he has one stipulation. He has to bring his own bottle of soy sauce with him. There it was sitting on the table as if supplied by the restaurant. Of course they had soy sauce there but not the one he liked. The last time we shared the buffet with him was 24 January this year at the wake for my cousin Scott. As Uncle Fred was ready to drive away after the luncheon my John was running to the parking lot to bring him his forgotten soy sauce. I hope he got to use it again. Love you Uncle Fred. Always. Xxo ❤️❤️
