Cathy, I was so surprised and so sorry to read John's obituary in Saturday's Des Moines Register. I loved working with you two over the years. You and John have always felt like part of our extended family. Both Sharon and I want you to know we are thinking of you and John and praying for you during this sad time. God Bless. Steve Klaus

John was always so positive and we always had a laugh about something. He would help you anytime you needed a hand he was a very good person as all his neighbors would tell you.

John and I were more friends than just business associates. He always was the center of attention in any gathering. I love him and will miss him dearly. Just talking to him on the phone would energize my day. What a guy!!

John and I attended St. Clair College together and I instantly knew he was a force of nature this world rarely sees. I rode shotgun on many an adventure out west where John and I worked in Lake Louise. My deepest condolences to Cathy and his family on his passing. I imagine it's a tad noisier in heaven now.
