Obituary of R. Bruce Karr
KARR, R. Bruce passed away peacefully at University Hospital on November 10, 2023 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Janice (MacIntosh) of 61 years. Beloved father of Steven Bruce Karr of London and Heather Anne Karr of London. Grandpa to Kalina, Nickolas and Jozsua (Josh). Dear brother of Joyce (deceased) and Max Zavitz, Jean and Jack MacPherson, Beth and Jack Karr (Hilda and Ron Yorke deceased) and brother in law of Jim and Kathy MacIntosh. Son of Ray and Minnie Karr. Cremation has taken place at Bruce’s request. His ashes will be scattered privately in Municipal living waters. Bruce was dedicated to his work in more than 50 municipal sites across the Province of Ontario with the Gaffney group of Companies and as Manager of the Township of McGillivray for 20 years.
