Rena Tranquilla Bortolon

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 26, 2023 at the age of 80 years.  

Rena is reunited with her loving husband Benny (2018).

Cherished Mother to David (Cindy), Lisa (Rob), Richard (Jennifer), and Danny (Angie). Adored Grandma to Cameron (Amanda), Carina, Owen, and Anthony.

She was predeceased by her parents Marino and Anna Martin, and sisters, Ruth and Rita. Dear sister to Rudy (Norma), Martin, and Rene Martin. Sister in-law to Maria (Mario) Bendo of Italy and Pierina, and the late Ferruccio also of Italy.

Dearest Aunt and Zia to many nieces and nephews in the U.S. and Italy.

Will be sadly missed by lifelong friends Josephine Seidi (Fini) and Elizabeth Bordignon (Lisa).

We want to express our gratitude for the kindness, comfort, and compassionate care given to Rena in the last 7 months from the staff at Huron Lodge, 3rd Floor (Magnolia).

Rena will be remembered for her generous heart, sense of humor, and the love she had for her family and friends.

As per Rena’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
