Obituary of Doris Elizabeth "Betty" Chevalier

CHEVALIER, Doris Elizabeth “Betty” It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Betty Chevalier on May 3, 2022 at the age of 98. Born in Windsor on February 20, 1924 she lived a full and happy life with her late husband Alfred Lawrence Chevalier. Cherished Mother of Mary Lynne Finn (Brian 2020) and the late Larry Chevalier (2012). Grandmother to Marty Chevalier (Anne), Brian Chevalier, Trisha Manchurek (Dan) and Marty Finn (Lori). Great Grandmother to Matthew, Clayton, Cody, Chase and Brandon. She will be missed by her siblings Pat Masse (Andre), George Arlein (Sandie), Leona Preney and predeceased her sisters Vivian Cowan (Tom), Lorraine Ferguson (Bob) and Georgianna Paul (Albert). Survived by many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. As per her wishes cremation has occurred and she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Chev at Heavenly Rest on Howard Avenue, Windsor ON. A private Family Graveside Service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (Wyandotte) 519.254.2585.
