We had the pleasure to work with Joan at University Heights. She fit right in with the staff there, with all of us being flexible, quirky, and full of laughter. Joan often spoke about her son with pride and love. We were all envious of her vacations to Hawaii. Joan always conveyed a calm, professional, free-spirit approach to each situation, and was very proud of the success of her students. Linda and Malcolm Hendren
