Obituary of James Dennis Kerrigan

KERRIGAN, James Dennis December 13, 1957 - February 6, 2022 It is with broken hearts we have to announce the peaceful passing of our Denny at home with his family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend for over 41 years to Sheila and fun-loving Dad to Kent (Grace) and Bryce. Born in Sarnia, Din was the son of the late Leo (1995) and Mary Alice (2021). He will be sadly missed by brothers Greg (Betty Ann), Shawn, Steve, and Darron (1978) and sisters Susan, Angie, and Martha (1984). Brother-in-law to Janice (Ron), Brian (Debbie), Wendy (Brad), and Shana (Mike). Dennis graduated from the University of Guelph in 1980 and began his engineering career in Winnipeg. After four years working there, they moved back to Ontario where he worked at Siemens in Chatham, Tilbury, and Windsor for over 21 years making lifelong friends. He went to work at Unimotor in St. Thomas for a few years and ended his career consulting in the U.S. and Canada. His love of hockey and golf was a passion he shared with his old timer buddies and they made many memories together through the years. We would like to thank Paramed & VON, especially Vickie, for their compassionate care while Denny was at home.
