To Chuck, Donna and Julie, My deepest condolences to all of you during this sad time. I had the pleasure and honor of caring for and knowing Victor when he lived at Heron. He had contagious laugh, great sense of humor and told it like was. I will miss hearing " Hey Danielle, can you help me zip up my coat." Or us joking about our hockey teams being rivals. I will miss seeing Victor in the hallways and sitting outside having his cigarette and sipping on an ice cap. Rest in Peace Victor, Hillman Marsh 137B won't be the same without you
