Obituary of James Gordon Tuxford

TUXFORD, James Gordon May 28, 1937 - January 15, 2022 Passed peacefully into the arms of his Heavenly Father Saturday January 15th knowing his loving family was gathered together to release him into God’s care. His beloved wife Brenda, will miss him dearly, yet is finding comfort knowing he is rejoicing in heaven and loving her until they meet again. Pa will be cherished always by his children Chris and Kristen Spanswick, Carrie and Kevin O’Donnell and Sonia and Shawn Howard. Memories of our Papa will fill the hearts of his grandchildren Amelia and Joel David, Travis O’Donnell, Tyler O’Donnell and his fiancée Mikayla Deacon, Nyssa Spanswick and her fiancé Nick Baye, Alessa Sauve, Kyle O’Donnell, Keelie O’Donnell, Mackenzie Howard and great grand daughter Emma O’Donnell. James was pre-deceased by his parents and siblings. He was Uncle Jim, Pa, Papa, Papa Jim to many nieces, nephews, “adopted” sons and daughters. His heart was so kind and loving. He treasured his huge family. His memory will forever live on in our hearts and lives. “When one of God’s holy lovers dies, it is costly to the Lord, touching his heart.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭116:15‬ ‭Passion translation.
