I am so saddened to hear that greg was ill and passed away.
We were friends for a short period while i lived in windsor and greg was always such a fun caring person to be around. Unfortunately we lost touch when i moved away but greg was always special to me. He was very humble and kind and always willing to lend a hand. Enjoyed simple things in life. To his family....
I am so sorry ...RIP dear Greg.
Sincerely Rose

I remember my brother coming home one night all banged up and hurting - me being a drama dude called for help and got an angry raging brother instead. I still do not understand but quickly learned to leave Him to His own devices. My brother loved people and wanted what was best as they could reach out at. I miss calling when I am loss or unclear about things and I miss your kind and loving advice. You are truly my rock and support during my journey Greg - thank you. God Bless us - everyone.

Q: What will you never forget about Gregory?
A: I will never forget that Greg showed me what making a commitment demands in order for that to become accomplished Greg was a excellent example of this.

I slipped a little here Greg - I actually was on a re-location adventure that brought me into my home province, and so my apologies for not sharing this "FIRST ANNUAL greeting as you wish in the New Year, 2022. FYI doing good so far with all your watching, guiding, and loving. Some exciting things on the horizon in this year man AND well you already know that and I am not a gambling man BUT BET you laid go=wn some kind and good things that maybe have been a bit dusty lately. Greg I can speak with you this way and the best part for me is that it's an OPEN meeting and anyone can attend and receive the word that is spoken...

My brother was the man that I looked up to for much of my life. - we didn't see eye to eye, we didn't have any great memories because Greg and I really didn't see eye to eye. There was however so moments of clarity and those were some of the most profound pictures I will always hold dear to my spirit. Heck if Greg hadn't shown me... I may not be the man I am this day...Thanks, brother for always calling me...

I think if Greg was given this linked he would have posted by now how much he misses his Queen and how much he wishes he could be with her today to tell her somemore just how special you became in his planned journey.. We can only control so much but Greg had a unique way to let us know what he observed as the circumstances. Happy Valentines Day to you my brother. Big hugs and much love respect and pride.

I know I am late with this message to Greg, I apologize for that. My tech skills are poor, and I just found this message, that I thought I accidentally deleted. Greg and I met at Brentwood Recovery Home. We hit it off right away, we were born in the same year, and knew a lot of the same people from our youth, but somehow we never met each other till Brentwood. I can’t begin to say how much Greg meant to me as a friend. It never mattered what time it was, I could call Greg any time, day or night, and we could talk. His down to earth, grounded philosophy, and his faith in God made Greg very likeable and easy to be around. He was a very devoted family man and Christian. So again, thank you Greg, for being such a good friend. It’s not goodbye, we will meet again, so till then, “so long for now” My heart felt condolences to all your family and friends Greg.

Greg would tell me sometimes and sometimes he was right. This isn't the forum to discuss that subject though. But the subject of Greg being right was a task and a goal that this guy set out to produce and sure enough, my brother does so and shows how it's done throughout His passing out of this family and onto His new residence " Heavens Highway 777 ". Thanks, Greg for pointing out that in the end - it's always about being true to the same that you said you wanted to be and you are...Heaven is so blessed with you moving there.

Many a day Greg told me of how he would journey over to the river and get close with the Word and attempt to get his will aligned with Our Lords. I miss that inspiration and devotion you showed us how to do it...

Dad you were a loving and supportive father to myself, Jason, Jeremy and Jennifer. You were a caring and loving Grandfather to Lily and Asher. You will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in our hearts. Asher told his teacher "My Grandpa is in Heaven" and she said "He is an Angel." I believe this is true and know you are watching over all of us. We love and will miss you and know we will meet again... Until then Xoxoxo Jessica Verbeem
