Obituary of Patricia Ann Huffstetler

HUFFSTETLER, Patricia Ann November 29, 1970 – October 17, 2021 We have lost our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and aunt. Patty died just before 7 pm, Sunday, October 17 of heart failure. We miss her terribly and have difficulty imagining how the world can be as bright and beautiful a place without her, as it was when she was alive and vibrant within it. Patty had a zest for life and love of people surpassed by few. She was an amazing cook, seamstress, designer, needleworker, fashion advisor, counselor, cheerleader, and confidant. She loved her cats, both those at home and any who walked her neighborhood. An extraordinary wife and partner to Lorne, she loved deeply, challenged strongly, and was always in his corner. An amazing mother to Catherine, Patty made the world a happy and manageable place when it felt frightening and overwhelming. As a daughter to James David and Betty Ann, sister to James Michael, daughter-in-law to Eleanor and Sanford, sister-in-law to Elizabeth Rochelle and Selene Tracy, and aunt to James Daniel and Samuel Thomas, she loved and cared about us all.
