Obituary of Shirley Hazel Henry

HENRY, Shirley Hazel July 28, 1925 - July 28, 2021 Passed away peacefully with her beloved family by her side in her 96th year. Loving wife of 68 beautiful years to Charlie Henry. Greatly missed by her children Julie Henry (Bill Wilson) and Randy Henry (Karen Campbell). Shirley will also be missed by her extended family and many friends. Shirley’s quick and witty sense of humour will be sorely missed by those who knew her. She was talented in anything she put her mind to whether it be upholstering a couch or knocking down walls. She was always ready for any challenge thrown her way. Shirley’s self-taught sewing skills were greatly appreciated by anyone who ever needed a sleeping bag, a new winter coat, or absolutely anything. Some of the Henry family’s fondest memories include cruising through the Muskokas on her ATV. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Richmond Terrace for their dedication and compassion in taking care of Shirley. As per Shirley's wishes, cremation has taken place.
