Dear Barb, Kevin, Kevin Jr, Glen and family, I am so sad to read of Evelyn’s death and relieved to read it was “sudden and peaceful”. She was a good friend and we were both so happy to reconnect at the Vollmer after many years. I am also very grateful for having known her and to be called her friend. We had a good history together for several years when she lived at Reaume Manor and then lots of fun and good talks later on. She really was a light in the world and most importantly she adored you all. Her family was truly her raison d’être! You described her well in her obituary. I know in my heart she is at peace.
