Obituary of Catherine Alice Divnich

DIVNICH, Catherine (nee O'Gorman) June 14, 1952 - May 22, 2021 Cathy passed away peacefully with her father Paul and mother Rosie happily guiding her to the gates of heaven. She will be greatly missed by the loved ones of her life, her children Jesse, "Mantha" (Samantha) and Darren. She also held her 2 grandchildren close to her heart, Landen and Charlotte. She is also joined in heaven with her first born, Daniel. Her sisters Dee Dee Bear and Tracey Deschamps, and brother Dave O'Gorman feel this deep loss. Cathy was a vibrant soul and a hard worker. Her career started early working the fields on O'Gorman Farms picking beans or planting tomatoes. In her later years she was always proud of her garden. She was also a registered lab technician and a PSW. Cathy loved to go to Vegas or go on a cruise, always with family. She loved to dance, to sing and her baked goods were always a hit at family gatherings. Cathy looked forward to going to "Mim and Pip's" for a hot card game on Saturday nights. We love you Cathy. A private graveside service will be held Monday, May 31, 2021. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (Dougall) 519-254-2585.
