Obituary of David Cormier

CORMIER, David October 12, 1952 - April 12, 2021 After a lengthy, hard fought battle, heaven gained another angel and this one has a camera. Dave is now reunited with his father, Archie (2009) and sister, Janice Fleury (2008). Survived by his mother, Doreen (nee Jacob) and siblings Gary & Debbie, Randall "Randy", Allan & Violeta, Archie & Susan, brother-in-law Mike Fleury & Janis Currie, Michelle "Mickey" & Bill Magone, Frank, Lisa Cunning & Tom Bray. Saddened by his loss but happy and lucky to have him part of their lives. Dave will be missed by many nephews and nieces as well as his extended family, especially Zuzana, Kyle and Mia Bakos, Wayne Brosseau, Rachel & Maurice Morneau and Marj & Larry Lebert. Dave worked at the Windsor Casino and was a respected Brentwood alumni.The family would like to thank Dr. Mathewsand staff at both Princess Margaret and Met Hospitals for treating Dave and a special thank you to the staff at Hospice and Paramed for making his last few months more comfortable and for the compassion all extended. In lieu of flowers, donations to Brentwood’s Youth Program in his honour would be appreciated. A celebration of his life will be arranged at later date.
