Obituary of Dennis Shean

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 at Metropolitan Hospital after a brief illness, at the age of 76. Husband of 56 years to Elaina (nee Gignac) Shean, proud father to son John, fiancée Jen and grandpa to Brett and Hannah. Reunited with his parents Andrew and Aldea Shean and siblings Doris, Andrew and Viola parents-in-law, Edmund and Philomena Gignac. Survived by his sister Barb White (Rick) and sister-in-law Marian Shean. Brother-in-law of Christine (2018) and Vince Pinsonneault, Leah Hudak, Edmund and Maureen Gignac, Benedict and Charlene Gignac, Alphonse (2014) and Diane Gignac, Joseph (2018) and Lori Gignac, Catherine and William (2010) Bechard, Theresa and Bruce Tiedeman, Timothy Gignac, Thomas and Sharon Gignac. Dear uncle to over 50 nephews and nieces, especially Angela, who held a special place in his heart. Dennis retired from the Windsor Assembly Plant, Chrysler, Canada. He will be remembered for his love of dogs, antiques and talent for wood carving, singing Elvis songs and making people laugh with his animated story-telling. Godspeed, Dennis, you will be missed.
