I had the pleasure of being Paul's brother in law for many years, I worked with Paul at Westburne and had a "few" beers with him along the way. Paul was a super nice guy who would go out of his way to be kind and helpful to all who needed him. I'm so sorry for Eric, Vera, Gillian and all the family members for their loss and I truly miss Paul, David and Barry... they were my friends

Deepest sympathies to Hands family. The Hands family moved on to Bernard road in the 1970's when I was a child and quickly became good friends, in fact more like family . Paul, Berry and Gillian we about the same age as my brothers and sister . My fondest memories are tobaganing at AKO hill , one day ( it must have been very fridged day ) the hill was partially fast ( covered in ice ) and tobaganing was very fast. Paul made it to the top first and immediately hopped in his tobagan and came down, I remember a blurr shooting past us. And hearing " aaaaAAAAHHhh". Not too sure if yelled because of the speed or ( most likely) just to be funny. I'm thinking funny. Rest in Paul. Rusty.

Our condolences to the Hand's family and all of Paul's many friends. He was unfailingly kind and generous to all, and possessed a great talent that he never failed to share for other people's benefit. Rest in Peace my friend. You will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to the family for your loss. Paul was a very nice guy, friendly, a great talker and singer. The last few time I spoke with him, he was most proud of being a grandpa. I enjoyed my time with both Paul and his brother Dave and miss them both, both gone too soon. May their souls rest in peace......Archie
