Obituary of Robert Maryanovich

MARYANOVICH, Robert May 27 1946 - January 17, 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce, Robert Maryanovich, who was affectionately known by many as "Uncle Bobby", has passed away on January 17th, 2021. Predeceased by his partner of 30 years, Lloyd Emans. He is survived by 3 God daughters: Laura Desbiens, Karmen Walker, Bryanne Desbiens. He is missed by many friends, some of whom have been life long. He deeply loved his God daughters, dear friends, and his family of the heart. Bobby worked for IBM for 25 years, a career that started in Windsor. In his spare time he loved to travel. He also loved having lunches on a patio, enjoying a pint with friends and family. He loved to chat up the servers, many who knew him as "a regular"! Uncle Bobby had the ability to make anyone who he talked with feel like the most important person in the room. Many thanks to all of the staff who cared form him at WRH Ouellette Campus. He received exemplary care in these extraordinary times. No words can describe our gratitude.
