BECHARD, Arthur Joseph Sr. September 25, 1936 - January 10, 2021 Passed away peacefully at the age of 84. Predeceased by his Wife Helen (1991) and Wife Eileen (2012). Dear Father of Arthur Jr., and David (Linda). Proud Pepe of Brandi, Steph, and Michelle. We would like to thank his close friend David M., and his loving Girlfriend Pam B.
