Obituary of Lloyd Roy Meadows

Passed away peacefully at home in Windsor, ON surrounded by his loving family on January 4, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Wendy (nee Aulbrook) with whom he recently shared 50 years of marriage (May 2020). Loving father of Kelly Meadows of Burlington and Amanda Goodrich (Joe) of Amherstburg. Cherished Papa of Daniel Tyers, Makayla, Katelyn and Mady Goodrich. Dear brother of June (Marcel), Marilyn (late Vince), Glen (Marilyn), Ray and the late Wayne (Cecile). Brother-in-law of Randy (Carole), Margaret and the late Donna (Jimmy). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Lloyd will be also be missed by his many hunting buddies at Rock Ridge Hunt Camp on the farm of his lifelong friend Billy Etches, as well as his Masonic family with Bethel Lodge 699 and Sturgeon Falls Lodge 447. Lloyd was a proud Papa and he now will not have to worry about splitting his time or missing a game. Lloyd will forever be remembered for his ability to make someone feel special with his famous "Hey Beautiful!" or "There's my favorite!". In keeping with Lloyd's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will take place up north at a later date.
