First I remember sleeping over at Bob and Judy's when they lived down the street from us on California. They were just newly married and I was about 9 years old and I'm sure they really wanted me over the weekend there. The second big memory I have is Bob taking me to Arķona fishing a number of weekends. At that time Bob's enthusiasm was for fishing rather than golfing in later years. We went fishing for hours each time and never caught it thing, I don't think there was any fish in Arkona. Bob was always enthusiastic about anything he did. Rest well Bob.

So sorry for your loss. We are keeping good thoughts for you all. I have a couple of funny stories about Uncle Bob. The first time my wife met the whole family she sat next to Uncle Bob and he talked to her about golf for, what felt like, a very long time. Ever since then, and because I have an "Uncle Bob" on each side of my family, whenever Uncle Bob's name came up in conversation, my wife would say, "do you mean Uncle Golf?" Another memory I have is going on a road trip with Uncle Bob, Aunt Judy, and Jody. We had to stop the car because a porcupine was crossing the road. Uncle Bob got out of the car and told us he was going to pet the porcupine. Aunt Judy kept telling him to get back in the car while Jody & I sat in the back seat wondering if he would actually do it. Good luck on your journey Uncle Bob, we'll always remember you as a fun guy to be around...and as someone who liked to talk about golf. Chris & Sarah Gibb
