Obituary of Douglas Edward Travene

Passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 58. Predeceased by his parents, Ruth and Edward Travene. Dear brother of Diane Warkentin (Ralph) and Joanne Veltman (Al). Uncle of Wendy Smeaton (John), Nick Warkentin (Amy), Ryan Veltman (Stirling), Tyler Veltman (Vanessa) and great uncle of Finnley and Cooper Warkentin and Grayson Smeaton. Doug was a longtime small engine mechanic for Dixie Lawn and Cycle. He will also be sadly missed by his coffee buddy Jim Bishop. A special thank you to Dr. Craig Meloche, Dr. Goel, Dr. Mathews and Dr. Springer for their care given to Doug. Memorial donations may be made to the Erie Shores Hospice.
