Obituary of Carl "Jim" Garrod

Passed away peacefully on November 12, 2020 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Brenda (nee Beaudoin) for 50 years. Loving father of Scott (Kim) and Stacey Laforet (BJ). Cherished Papa of Hailey, Cole, Austin, Brody and Brayden. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy (late Howard) Allen and Mary Garrod. Jim survived by many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews. A special thank you to family and friends involved in Jim's care over the last few months, you are all cherished. Jim was retired after 35 years of service with Transit Windsor. At Jim's request, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made in Jim's memory to the Hospice of Windsor or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
