Obituary of Maizie Elizabeth Gilbert (nee Boakes)

Of Windsor, passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital-Met Campus on October 18, 2020 at the age of 93. Daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn (nee Kelly) Boakes. Beloved wife of the late Harry Donald Gilbert. Loving mother of Glenn (Liz), Tim (Cheryl) and Blair. Cherished grandmother of James, Kristin, Brian, Michelle and their families. Survived by her siblings Henry, Ethel and Gord. Predeceased by siblings Arthur Boakes, Evelyn Quinn and Ivy Boakes. A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Ascension at on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 1 p.m. Cremation entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (519-254-2585).
