Obituary of Rose Margaret Hearns (nee:Dunn)

HEARNS, Rose Margaret (nee: Dunn) August 15, 1936 - September 27, 2020 After a long journey, at the age of 84, Rose heard the call from Jesus, took his hand, and entered through Heaven’s Gates. She was reunited with her loving Husband , Thomas (1995) and dear Son, Dennis (1975). Beloved Mother to Derrick (Linda), Charlotte (Jim) and Charlene (Russell). Proud Mimi and Grandmother to Christie, Tara, Kyle, Matt, Sara, Kayla, Daniel, Thomas, Joey, Shekinah and many great grandchildren. Beloved by many nieces and nephews. Sister to the late Mervin, Earl, Allen, John, Don and survived by Patricia and Glenn. Rose was often seen at Tim Horton’s and Ian’s Wrap in Kingsville with her many friends, was a faithful supporter of Kingsville Community Church and loved her Lord and Saviour! The Harrow Fair was always the highlight of her year every Fall. She was the number one fan of her son, Derrick and got to listen to him year after year at the Ruthven Apple Fest with his group known as Derrick Hearns and Friends. As per Rose’s wishes, cremation has taken place. We are very grateful to the staff at the Leamington Hospice for their kind and loving care. There will be a walkthrough to pay your respects at Bethel Christian Church, 121 County Road 34, Cottam, ON, on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 3:00pm-6:00pm.
