Obituary of Ronald William Reese

REESE, Ronald William "Ron" Born January 12, 1924, a life-long resident of Harrow, ON and long-time winter resident of Sebring, FL. Passed away peacefully in Windsor, ON on September 12, 2020 at the age of 96. Ron was three weeks short of celebrating his 75th anniversary with his beloved wife Betty (nee Rowe). Loving father of Janice (John), Terry (Cathy), Randy (Jennifer), Susan (Don), Nancy (late Stephen), and Heather (Rob). He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he loved dearly. Dear brother of the late Barbara Munger and Pat Sutton and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Ron was a proud World War II Veteran. He was retired from the maintenance department at Hiram Walker after 42 years and was Past-President and a life member of Legion Branch #338. Ron was an avid life-long baseball fan, a love he instilled in all of his children and grandchildren. “Rest in peace Dad, you will always be with us.” Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside will take place at a later date.
