Obituary of Robert James "Jim" Renaud

After a courageous battle with cancer, Jim passed away peacefully at home on September 4, 2020 surrounded by his family at the age of 62. Loving father of Sherry (Deon), Shannon (Rene), Megan and Lauren (Tyler). Jim was loved by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Life-long companion of Maureen Mitchell. Big brother of Michelle Gignac (Jay). Jim is also survived by his aunt Lynda Lafromboise, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Life-long friend of Darrell O'Neil and Rennies So. Jim is reunited with his brother Rick, his mother Isabelle, his grandparents; Isabella and Clifford, and his aunts; Joanne and Barb. A special thank you to Tanya and the Hooligans Crew, Lynn and the AWC Crew, Dr. Oozeer, Dr. Burgess and his team at Hospice, the entire team with the Windsor Regional Centre, Willi and Shelley. In keeping with Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jim's life will take place at Hooligans, 1898 Shepherd St. E., Windsor, ON on Saturday, September 19, 2020 beginning at 3 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (Dougall) 519-254-2585.
