Obituary of Janetta Kay Johnston

JOHNSTON, Janetta Kay November 30, 1934 - August 8, 2020 It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Janetta "Kay" Johnston into the arms of her beloved Bud in paradise. Kay was cherished by her family and friends and lived a well traveled and sociable life. Escaping the war in England to Canada at a young age, she lived everyday to the fullest. Well read, quick witted and a loyal and devoted mother to Greg Johnston, Susan Peters (Tom) and Janice Lenhart (Steve). Adored Nana to Stephen Peters (Roxana), Jennifer Brown (Matthew), Scott Peters (Sarah), Jaclyn Cook (Riley), Shane Johnston and Cole Johnston. Great Nana to Luca, Sebastian, Fallon, Jude and Buddy. Kay was very loved by her family and was the glue that kept everyone together. She will forever be remember for her love of a good conversation, her card games, a good book and the joy she inspired in others. As per Kay's wishes, cremation has taken place.
