Obituary of Saviano "Sam" Spada

Passed away peacefully at the Hospice of Windsor on July 25, 2020 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Lucy for 29 years. Loving father of Gaspare (Kerri), Emily (Glenn), Ivana, Savio (Michelle), Attilio (Jessica) and Tina. Cherished Nonno & Pepe of Corina, Steven, Jesse, Lucas, Jordyn, Nathan, Travis, Julia, Aaron, Keegan, Tyler, Bella and Casey and great grandfather of Ethan and Olivia. Dear brother of Ivana (Toto) and Palmerino (Leona). Predeceased by his parents and siblings back in Catanzaro, Italy. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Sam was retired from Chrysler after 31 years of service. He was truly admired by all of his many friends and was the go to "Jack of all Trades" to all he knew. Sam will forever be remembered for his smile and laugh and his desire for all to have a good time and stay happy. In keeping with Sam's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A special thank you to the wonderful team with Hospice of Windsor for all of their care and compassion for Sam in his final days.
