I first met Susie at Gibson Gallery, when I was a beginner at knitting. I immediately observed that not only was she multitalented but she was a well loved member of the group. Our paths crossed again, at St. Andrew's rummage sales. I learned that for many years in the past, Susie had taken on the awesome task as organizer and coordinator of this fundraiser. In the last few years, she would take her place at the front table, as greeter and cashier. Even on dialysis days, Susie made time to help out at that special event. No matter the circumstances, it's always sad to lose a family member or friend. My sincere condolences to the many individuals whose lives she touched.
