Obituary of Irena Bronkowski

In Loving Memory. Daughter of Józef and Władysława Szywała. Cherished mother of Grzegorz, Beata and Michael. Grandmother of Aleksandra, Tomasz, Jacob and Sofia. Sister of Wiesław Szywała, Kazimierz Szywała (Dorota), Stanisław Szywała (Bogusława), Józef Szywała (Barbara) and late Antoni Szywała. Wonderful aunt to her nieces and nephews. A loving mother-in-law. Irena passed away peacefully in her sleep after a long illness. She was born in Poland and came to Canada in September of 1988. She spent her life in Windsor where she made life time friendships, touched everyone with her infectious joy for life and constant smile. She was a hard worker and always ready to help those in need. Her courage and strong will were admirable and exemplary. Her biggest joy were her grandchildren, she was their biggest fan and supporter. Her presence will be greatly missed by many. Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass to celebrate Irena's life will take place at Corpus Christi Parish, 1400 Cabana Rd. W., Windsor ON on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 11 a.m. Cremation arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (Dougall) 519-254-2585.
