Obituary of Paul Chalut

Passed away peacefully at the Hospice of Windsor on June 17, 2020 at the age of 67 surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Christine (nee Hedrick). Loving father of Nicole (Tim Trudeau), P.J. (Angie), Chantelle (Josh Spina), and late Robbie (1995). Paul is predeceased by his father Michael (1971), his mother Laurentia (1989) and his mother-in-law Beatrice Hedrick (2018). Paul is remembered by his grandchildren Jacquelin, Mikaila, Jayden, Isabella, Peighton, and Austin. Paul is loved and remembered by his late sister Rosemary (Allan George and Donna), sister Margaret (Tony) Brenders, and his brothers Michael (Joanne), Robert (Sheila), in laws Kathy LeFave, Terry Hedrick (Donna), Brent Hedrick (Mary 2014), Brian Hedrick (Cathie), Nadine Suhan (Al 2005), and Mark Hedrick. Survived by his father-in-law Jack Hedrick as well as many other family members and friends. He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. For all of those that knew Paul he was a very selfless individual with a big heart and would give you the shirt off of his back. Paul is a proud retired employee from GM Transmission. He was an avid Detroit Tigers baseball fan, he also was a dedicated Board Member and Coach for Riverside Baseball. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Hospice of Windsor.
