Obituary of Rudolph Derkach

Passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on April 26, 2020 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Virginia. Loving father of Kevin Derkach (Ruth) and cherished grandfather of Natalie Rae Voroshuk (Ryan). Dear brother of Merle Casper, late Cecile Derkach (1993) and Edwin Derkach. Rudy would retire after 50 years of farming and greenhouse operation with his family, his late parents Fred and Nellie and his brother Cecil. They specialized in growing fruit, vegetables, roses, mums, gerbera daisies and apple orchards. They shared many fond memories at Derkach Farms "Pick Your Own Apples". Rudy also enjoyed flying in his airplane as a Private Pilot. Rudy was best known in the community for sharing "Good News" from the Bible with family, friends and neighbours in support of JW.org. At Rudy's request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to SIMPLE CHOICE (519-254-2585).
