Obituary of Rose Black

The family would like to inform the world of a great loss. Lover of life, music and dance. Lover of sunshine, smiles and beaches. A devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Rose will be missed by her children; Shannon Belanger (Allen), Donnie Black and Sherri Rivait (Scott). Grandma Rose of Jennifer Titus (Matt), Jeremy Belanger (Laura), Dakota Rivait (Marissa Orjalo) and Great Grandma Rose of Rowan and Clark Titus and Bo, Vera and Jack Belanger. Rose touched so many different lives in so many ways. She rose to the occasion and became a mother to Tammy. Terri, Tina and Barbara-Ann when they needed one and had even become a surrogate grandmother to Daide Hart. Predeceased by Elvis Presley. Her passion for life, music and celebration was witnessed and shared amongst the many friends and extended family in the Elvis community. The outpouring support for the family has been greatly appreciated. At this time, we are not able to say goodbye to Rose the way she had wished but her life will be largely celebrated with family and friends at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
