Obituary of Eugene Francis Lucier

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gene Lucier on April 18, 2020, at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Kathy (nee Kettlewell) for 40 years; loving father of Amanda, Brian, and Kimberly (Chad) Girard, and proud grandfather of Theodore. Predeceased by parents Henry and Marcella; Dear brother of late Bev (late Stan) Cadarette, late Doreen (late John) Marucio, late Ron (late Anna-Mae; Aimee), Bren (Marguerite), Sharon (Stan) Bezaire, Marilyn (late William) Ford, Jo-Anne (Larry) Boismier, late Wayne (late Elaine), Elaine (late Fred) Dufour, and Len (Al Baillargeon). Dear brother-in-law of Lynn (late Tom) Morand, Diana (late Gordon) Baillargeon (Garth), Dayle, Ron (Jo-Anne), Tim (Cathie), and Randy (Diane). Beloved friend of JJ and Charlene Bernier and daughter Nicole (Shayne Brown). Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Retired from General Motors, where he worked for 30 years. A heartfelt thank you to the Windsor Regional Hospital renal dialysis unit for their compassionate care over the years. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
