Obituary of Gary James Hanson

Gary has entered into eternal rest. Husband of Marilyn (nee Thompson) for 58 years. Loving father of Lance (Rhonda) of Edmonton, Walter James (his sidekick and confidant) and the late Leah (January 2011). Proud "Grandad-Pops" of Candis and husband Tamas of Ottawa. Brother of Harold Hanson (Lana) of California and Gail Thomas (Wayne) of Belle River. Predeceased by his parents William and Madeline and brothers, Walter and Neil. Gary will be fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Robinson (Art) of Saskatoon, Lenore Jackson (Ed) of Harrow, Sheri Fancher (Fred) of Windsor, and Karen Gow (Doug) of Windsor. A special thank you to Dr. Chung and devoted friend and Pal, Tim Smith. As per Gary's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.
