Obituary of Allen Paradis

Passed away suddenly at home in Leamington on March 06, 2020 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Della Gabriele. Loving father of Tammy Hazell, Wendy Hegarty, Jessica Milne (Mark), Danielle Paradis and the late Allen Jr. (2018). Cherished Grandpa of Austin Hazell and Katie Hegarty. Dear son of Phyllis Bowers and brother of Gaetanne Bolton (Dave) and Brenda Morin. Brother-in-law of Clara Ferrera (late John), late Larry Gabriele (Teresa), John Gabriele, Frank Gabriele (Lucy), Rita Paliani (late Gino), Angelo Gabriele (Pat) and Victor Gabriele (Kathy). Allen also shared a special bond with Cathy Paradis, Deb Beaumont and the late Linda McIsaac. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Allen loved to fish, he loved to read and he was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan. He also enjoyed old war history and the old western movies. Most of all Allen loved his family, he lived life simply and thrived to make everyone smile and laugh. At Allen’s request, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at St. Michael’s Parish, 29 Elliott St., Leamington, ON from 9:30 until time of Memorial Mass to celebrate Allen’s life at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Allen’s name to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association.
