Simplicio Yadao

August 16, 1935 – January 16, 2024

It’s with heavy hearts the family of Simplicio Yadao announces his passing on January 16, 2024 at the age of 88.

Cherished husband to Miriam.

Beloved father to Jamesie Yadao (Arlyn), Marissa Pearce (Philip), Leonides Yadao (Janet), Marites Tsuchihashi (Atsuo San), and Gilda Santos (Dan). Simplicio is predeceased by his daughter, Janet Yadao.

Proud Lolo to Jay-Mark (Winsie), Jaylyn, Sophia, and Nathaniel; Robert and Roxanne (Brian); Leonard, and Janel; Inna, Ayah, Ami, and Ian; A.J. and Tyler, and great-grandfather to Alexa, Rowan, Cooper, and Jase, and the late Adriane.

Dear brother to Marcelino.

Predeceased by his parents Jose and Juana Yadao, and his siblings Zacarias and Martina

Simplicio worked at Subic Base for many years. After his time at Subic Base, he was a crane operator in Saudi Arabia for 18 years to provide a better life for his family. He loved watching boxing.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the nurses and doctors at Erie Shores Hospice in Leamington and the PSWs and nurses at St. Elizabeth for their care and compassion.

As per his wishes, cremation to take place.
