Obituary of Virginia Ruth Paquin
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Virginia Ruth Paquin (nee Gale, Hickmott) on January 6, 2024, just short of her 95th birthday at AgeCare- Royal Oak, Kingsville.
Beloved wife of Rene Paquin for 48 years. Cherished mother of Dan Hickmott (Cheryl), late Gail Moore, late Rick Hickmott (Ev), late Vicky Quick (Dave), Randy Hickmott, Fred Hickmott (Nancy), Cindy Lenahan (Terry), Frank Hickmott (Wanda), and Tim Paquin (Michelle).
She will be missed by her 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Virginia is predeceased by her siblings Larry Gale (Nora), Fred Gale (Teresa), Bill Gale, Alvin Gale, Evelyn Welch (Junior), and Eleanor Leng (Eric).
Virginia loved her family and taking long leisurely car rides in the county. She will be missed.
A Memorial visitation will be held on January 29, 2024 from 10 am to time of service at 11 am,
at the Epiphany Anglican Church, 106 Main St W, Kingsville, ON.
Memorial donations would be appreciated to Alzheimer’s Society- Windsor Chapter.
