Obituary of Wayne Young

 We the family of Wayne are incredibly grateful to have had him in our lives.

Wayne leaves behind his wife of 51 years Kathy (Maloney). Distant brother of Jeannie and Babs. Beloved brother in law of Michael & Christine, and Danny & Sandy. A one of a kind uncle to 9 nieces and nephews. Great uncle to and follower of the sports teams of his pals Cody, Brady and Carter (he always had a chocolate in his pocket for them).

Long time supporter and honorary member of his niece’s baseball team.

Wayne loved sports, lottery tickets, his scooter, playing Santa and boxing day poker games.

A kind and generous man who will be missed by everyone that was lucky enough to have known him.

Love and thanks to Andy, Tara, Amy, Mike and Kelly for everything that you have done and continue to do.

Appreciation to all of the support workers, Tanya, Linda, Bryn, Paige, Elsie, Dawn, Miranda and Father Rob.

Lastly, to our favourite Ninja Warrior, enjoy the party upstairs. XO
