Regina Larabee (nee Urbanski)                                                

December 15, 1926 - December 8, 2023                         

It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Regina in her 97th year surrounded by family at Erie Shores Hospice.  Predeceased by her husband John (1987). 

Cherished Mother of Barbara (Volker 2013), Ryczard & Patricia, Hendryk & Shirley.

Proud Grandma of Mark & Sheila, Michelle & Lance, Melissa & Tim, David & Denise, Daryl & Kathy and Hartwyn. 

Loving Babcia to Jessica, Jacob, Katelyn, Trudy, Sara, Anna and Malaya. Special Aunt to Krystina. 

Remembered by extended family Judy, Julie Ann as well as the Larabee Family. 

Predeceased by her parents and 9 siblings in Poznan, Poland.

Regina was a very strong woman with a beautiful soul, a quick wit and a never-ending zest for life.  She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, word search and the occasional glass of wine. \

“I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, 

I’d like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun, 

I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done."

As per Regina’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family service and celebration will be held.
