Obituary of Pamela Joyce Groulx

Groulx, Pamela Joyce (Verner) 

May 2, 1952 – November 3, 2023 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Pam on November 3, 2023, at the age of 71 years. Devoted and loving wife of Gary with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Cherished mother of Gary (Danielle), and Michael (Mandy Vernhout). Adoring Nana of Reese, Dayne, William, and Benjamin. Loving sister to Gary Verner (Sue Nurse), Gayle (Bob) Groulx, Randy Verner, and many brothers and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by her father, Pete Verner, Mother and Father-in-Law Wilfred and Patricia Groulx, and sister Sharon Vazzoler. She will be dearly missed by many nephews and nieces.

Pamela was happiest when she was surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren. She attended many events, gatherings, and games, always beaming with pride. They were her absolute joy. Pamela was a retired employee of Zellers, where many of her coworkers became life-long friends. Her memory will hold a special place in the hearts of all those who were fortunate to know her.  

As per Pamela’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
