It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Sandra Marlene McDougall (Tobias), October 17, 2023.

Sandy was the daughter of the late Garnet and Kay Tobias, she was the loving wife of the late Larry McDougall, and amazing Mother to the late Shawne McDougall and Steve McDougall (British Columbia) Sandy was survived by her grandchildren, who loved her so much Jesse, Jenna, Jordyn (Mike Scavarelli), Quinn (Butt), Shaelyn (Bobby Lane) and Maze.  Sandy was also blessed with 5 Great-grandbabies Zayne, Jayce, Maliyah, Paisley, and Greyson. Mother-in-law to Vicki McDougall-Butt and Carolyn Pease.  Sandy was full of love and she shared that with everyone she met, from Petrolia, where she was born and raised all the way to Windsor, where she spent the last 20+ years of her life.

There will be no funeral as per Sandy’s request. Donations can be made to any of your local addiction and substance abuse charities as well as to our local Alzheimer’s Society (ASWE).
