Obituary of Robert Anson Schinbein

SCHINBEIN, Robert Anson

October 5, 1953 – October 18, 2023

“Good night, good night! parting is such sweet sorrow,

That I shall say good night till it be morrow.”

Cherished husband to Marilyn.

Beloved father to Chris (Katy), Phillip (Stephanie), Beth (Jason), and Lindsay (Kristian).

Proud Grandpa to 12 grandchildren.

Forever remembered by his sister Helen and predeceased by his brother Ted (Yvette).

Rob will also be dearly missed by his extended family and friends.

Rob was an accomplished renovation specialist. He was an avid golfer and pickleball player. Rob was well-travelled and enjoyed winters in Florida’s sunshine.

Having been born in Stratford, Rob had a love of theatre and participated in many community theatre productions in Windsor.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Berkshire Care Centre for their care and compassion. 

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor would be greatly appreciated.
