Obituary of Suzanne (Sue) McKellar

July 20 1951 - Sept. 30 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Suzanne (Sue) McKellar's passing.  She departed from this world on September 30th, 2023 at the age of 72, surrounded by the warmth of her loving family.  Beloved wife of William (Bill) Neave.  Loving and devoted mother of Krista St. Pierre and Riley McKellar (Jennifer).  Predeceased by her parents Rolande and Leonard Brabant.  Loving grandmother to Chloe, Beau, Logan and Charlotte.   Will be missed by her extended family Brian, Nicole, Kevin, Ryan and Tony, Melissa, Troy and Courtney. Sister of Lenny (Tanya) and Rusty (Marie).  Sadly missed by her friend circle of 8 and many other friends and relatives.  Sue retired as a guidance counsellor with the WECDSB and was a teacher for many years as well.  She touched so many lives and was truly an angel on earth.  She was a talented artist, photographer and all things art.   

The void left by Sue's passing is immeasurable.  Her beautiful smile, loving and kind spirit will be forever missed by all who knew her. 

We would like to thank the wonderful nurses on the 7th floor of Met hospital and to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Palliative care unit at Hotel Dieu.  A special thank you to Dr. Ouellette at Met Hospital.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will be held on April 20th, 2024.  More information is forthcoming.
