Sorry to learn of your father's recent passing. I had the privilege of working with Leo on a few occasions, and always found him to be a complete gentleman who was extremely proud of his life's accomplishments. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this sad time.

My deepest condolences to the entire Renaud Family.
One of my memories of Mr. Renaud: I'll never forget the comber farm! That was were my love of catching frogs and insects all started. (Pierre was always the master with Mantis catching though). Many hours were spend there when Pierre, Nicholas and Jonathan would invite me over and we would run around the farm catching all kinds of insect and everything we could get our hands on. This along with the always warmest of welcomes is something I will always remember.

Leo was like a beloved grandpa figure to Essex OPP staff! He was reliable and we were always glad to see him. He had a great temperment for being a jail guard. We appreciated and respected him.
I am so sorry for Irene and the family' loss. Leo was one of a kind and he will be dearly missed.

My sincere condolences to Leo's loving family. I know how proud of his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren he was because of how fondly he spoke of them. He cherished his wife. Leo was an amazing person to work, and serve with during my tenure with the OPP. He was highly respected by my colleagues for his calm demeanor, and trustworthiness. Whenever I was stuck for a guard, I could always count upon Leo. He will be sorely missed by his extended OPP family. R.I.P. good and faithful servant.

So terribly sorry to hear of Leo's passing. I was able to spend many hours with Leo while working for the OPP. He always came in when we called him and was happy to be around the detachment. He will be missed greatly. RIP my friend.
