HUBERT, Patricia Ann
January 11, 1944 - August 22, 2023

After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Mother.  Loving wife of the late Harry (2004). Cherished mother to Jaydene (John), Michelle (Philip), Lisa (Vern), Harry (April), and Shannon (Jeff).  Dear grandmother to twelve beautiful grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. As per Pat's wishes cremation has taken place.  Arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice (Dougall) 519-254-2585.  A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.  Online condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.simplechoicecremation.ca
