April 22, 1929 – August 11, 2023
The family sadly announces the passing of Don on August 11, 2023 at Henley Place at the age of 94. Beloved husband for 68 years of the late Mary Lou Duffy. Wonderful father of Donna (Jim), Greg (Grace) and Nancy (Gord). Loving grandfather of Patrick (Sarah), Erin (Derek), Rebecca (Os), Jeff, Kristen (Erik), Brett (Jen) and great grandpa of Addyson, William and Penelope. Don is survived by his sisters Ruth Moore and Louise Burgoyne and was predeceased by his brothers Dave and Mac and his sisters Marie and Dixie. Much loved by his many nieces and nephews. Don was affectionately known as Pops or Boss. The family would like to thank the staff at Henley Place, especially 3rd floor Gibbons, for their care over the past three years. Following Don’s wishes there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place.
