Obituary of Keith Bernard

It is with great sadness that the family of Hillard KEITH Bernard announce his passing of a loving spouse, stepfather and Pappy on August 2, 2023, at the age of 83.

Beloved partner of Sheila O’Neill. Cherished step father of Jeff (Kate) O’Neill and Danna ( Jeff) Dierckens. Forever remembered and loved by his grandchildren; Mitchell and Ryan Dierckens and Liam O’Neill.

Predeceased by his parents; Mildred and Harry Bernard and six siblings.

Keith was a long-term employee of Ford Motor Company, retiring in May 2001. Keith enjoyed golfing, crossword puzzles, riding his bike and his daily trips to get coffee and his newspaper. Keith loved his grandchildren, and they brought him much joy.

Special thanks to nurse, Shelly White -Lavadan for providing Keith comfort and compassion while in the ER at the hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Canada or charity of your choice.

As per Keith’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
